On DVD or BD media ?

I doubt that libburn can be of help, because it restricts itself
to SCSI commands which are specified by SPC-3, MMC-5, SBC-2.
For DVD and BD there is simply no provision for anything but
data blocks of 2048 bytes with automatic checksum and control bits.
I never explored the specified possibilities of "raw" CD writing
which would allow the burn program to manipulate the checksums
and control bits of the data blocks on CD media.
I assume you will have to look for a commercial provider of
copy protection. (Beware: they might make overly optimistic promises.)
Have a nice day :)
