No, that wouldn't make sense.

    (BTW, I thought numdiff was GNU because I found it on a search under
    'GNU Packages' on the gnu.org--I didn't look closely enough after
    the hit.)

I can believe it, but I'm not seeing it.  If you come across it again,
please let me know.
