Duplicates in currency

The currecny file from the miscfiles tarball contains many duplicates,
as if it was ripped out of a file which also had mappings to countries
where each currency is used. As it is now, it is hard to figure out
where some currency unit is actually used, so perhaps putting back the
country mapping would be preferable to weeding out the duplicates.

Here's a quick uniq -d for this file:

     13 USD
      8 XOF
      8 XCD
      7 FRF
      7 AUD
      6 XAF
      6 NZD
      3 XPF
      3 ITL
      3 DKK
      2 ZAR
      2 SUR
      2 NOK
      2 MAD
      2 INR
      2 IDR
      2 ESP
      2 CHF

Thus, out of 219 data lines in the file, 62 (some 28%) are duplicates.
