Follow-up Comment #8, bug #45591 (project gettext):

Your conclusion is wrong.

1) Declension has not much to do with correspondence of numerals and nouns.
Which is why it is not present on this wiki page. See Metod Čepar, 2017:

2) Your formula does not come from the quoted wiki. The last one is wrong,
should be n=0||n>=5

3) Now I am insulted: you qoute a reference that references back to you (which
is exactly why your formula is a bug). See Credits: "Plural rules and families
derived from GNU gettext documentation."

I can understand you about the Belarus scenario. But this is Slovenian
scenario. By keeping 17 years (see

status quo you are actually voicing your own opinion at expense of majority
<https://wiki.lugos.si/slovenjenje:pravila#mnozinske_oblike>; you are actively
influencing the majority:minority ratio. It's like one country would meddle in
another country's election.
