The frame packing, aka full resolution 3D, doesn't need any particular 
hdmi packet, or rather it reuses the default one; only for half 
resolution you need to set the right hdmi header, something i'm not sure 
you can do without some low level kernel hacking (I'd be happy to be 
proven wrong on this point btw)

So, if you manage to force the frame packing resolution with the correct 
timings you can easily use bino with the 'hdmi frame packing' option.
