I am attempting to load Bibledit onto my Mac. I am running OS 10.6.4 on a MacBook Pro.
I went through all of the preliminary steps and everything went very well. I installed Xcode, X terminal, Mac Ports and got all the dependencies all going without any problem.
When I went to download the actual Bibledit program I could not get it to do anything. It would download, I put it into my applications folder and then went to the X terminal and typed in "ls" to see if it was there. Was not. I have attempted this several times and to no avail.
So, am writing to you as this is the email address that I found in the instructions. If you could direct me in how to get this program on my computer I would be greatly appreciative. Hoping to use it to finalize some work in a language program we began in Papua New Guinea some time ago.
