I think there was a bug in Autoconf 2.60 and earlier that when a bug report address wasn't given, this could be output in some instances. Using AC_INIT([package], [version], [bugreport-address]) this shouldn't happen, though, neither with current Autoconf. If so, please report a bug.
Hmm, ok so... I should report 'present but cannot be compiled' headers to the package maintainers (i.e. kde-devel), and should investigate if the lack of an address is KDE's fault (i.e. forgot AC_INIT) or autoconf's fault?
FYI this is what I get: configure: WARNING: ## ------------------------------------------ ## configure: WARNING: ## Report this to the AC_PACKAGE_NAME lists. ## configure: WARNING: ## ------------------------------------------ ## -- Matthew Patches Thoughtfully Considered -- FLOSS mantra
