[aspell-user] Problem compiling aspell on MacOSX

I had the following problems trying to compile aspell on MacOSX -

The first was that the definition of the 'fileno' method in util/simple_fstream
clashed with the 'fileno' macro definition in stdio.h - I fixed this (I think)
by just renaming the method 'file_no' to avoid CPP trying to expand this

The other problem is a bit more terminal - the final link fails with the
following error -

The strange thing is that the missing objects appear to exist in libaspell.a -
