Did ./autogen.sh worked without any warning message? Else feel free to
send your config.log, this will help figuring out what's wrong. (ah,
porting is really a step-by-step adventure ;))

Afterwards, 'make' will build Adonthell.


Not exactly what I'd call smooth sailing :)

I'm using 1.4 here, without any problems. I guess you should use this
version too.

Check... I'm on it now... god I love dselect!
