I'm quite surprised it is/was in Visual Basic ;).

Anyway, I find the lack of important information disturbing. It's obvious
that they have the code and gfx of Dark Sun (Online), from SSI. I haven't
heard anything in a long time from that company, so I assume it no longer
exists. Still makes me wonder what the guy's connection with SSI is or was.

He left so fast in the end, that I couldn't ask.


My feeling is that we are well able to make our own graphics. Although
some of the base tiles on the shots were not bad, they probably wouldn't
work with the higher resolution.  Apart from that, everything you say it
true as well:

Well, guess that's the end of that strange episode. Remains the question,
why all the weird stuff ends up in my mailbox? Guess I gotta ask Al to
redirect address@hidden to somebody else :P
