I see two possibilities:
1) You had weird subscription settings (nodupes - don't know what it
is), I have changed them so you now have the same options as everyone.
I think it will fix the problem. In this case you'll receive two copies
of this mail - one from me, one from the list (as I said before :)).
Please tell how much you received!

2) Hotmail is held by the Evil Microsoft, who might block any mail
incoming from free software organizations (ok, I'm being paranoïd now)

Anyway - please say whether your problem is fixed or now. I'll reply the
