Well, the problem with DRM-style cryptosystems has always been that
A, B as well as K all reside within the same domain. In other words, the
security of your copy protection only depends on the complexity of
the implementation, a constant traditionally factored out in basically 
all other applications of cryptography.

That being said, there's no reason why you couldn't reproduce all the
security layers Flash used to offer in HTML5.

In a way, Flash is actually behind plugins like e.g. Silverlight, 
which allow proxying streams to HDCP devices (something you wouldn't
want to use for documents, and also not breaking the A/B/K premise,
but still).
