[Swarm-Support] MacOS X Apple compiler for Swarm

I have just uploaded to the files area on Savannah a binary for an Apple 
style gcc-3.3 compiler which will build working Swarm code.

This compiler is built from Apple pre-release Panther sources with the 
patch as described in http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=11754.

This compiler is a drop in replacement for the gcc-3.3 included with the 
June 2003 update to the December 2002 developer tools.  It will integrate 
with Project Builder in the same way as that compiler and may well work 
with Xcode on pre-release Panther. 

I would welcome feedback on successes or disappointments with this 
compiler to address@hidden
