acquiring Bank sample and building SDG sample

(1) I'm interested in having a look at the source code for the Bank
sample that is available on the Swarm site. The simulations that I'm
interested in have a network-type geometry rather than a continuous-
space or the usual cellular automata geometry. Anyone know where
that source code resides, or where some other network-geometrical GUI
Swarm code is? (If there's a version in Java, so much the better.)

(2) I am having some difficulty in building the Java SDG sample that
comprised part of the Complex Systems Summer School tutorial.
Apparently this is because I don't have the packages that Marcus (who
appears to have written it) had. In StartSDG3d.java, it references
javax.media and javax.vecmath, neither of which appear to be part of
the javax package as far as I can tell (either version 1.2 or 1.3).
Less surprisingly, I also don't have a copy of com.sun.j3d.utils.
Perhaps it was not intended that the example should be buildable, but
it would sure be nice if I could actually build and run it. Any
suggestions as to where I could get the necessary packages would be
sincerely appreciated.
