New Tcl/Tk breaking Swarm?

A new Debian version of Tcl/Tk seems to be breaking Swarm. All swarm
applications were giving a segmentation fault after I upgraded them.

I had to downgrade tk8.0 from 8.0.4-2 to 8.0p2-4, and tcl8.0 from 8.0.4-3
to 8.0p2-3 to get it to work again.
