We at least need a backtrace..
$ gdb app
(gdb) bt
But chances are it is some mixup with Tcl/Tk/BLT versions, or
outdated values in config.cache. Be sure to nuke your build directory
after installing new software. Be sure that the paths that are discovered
by configure are the ones you intend..
