This means that you have the "bin" option set in the makefile.
Did you download a binary version of Swarm? If so, then you
probably ought to get a source version. With the binary
version, you shouldn't need to install tcl/tk/blt/libtclobjc;
but, since you've already done that, it would make for a
cleaner installation if you installed from the source. The
source distribution will not have "bin" set in the Makefile.conf.
It will say: LDCONFIG=archive. Then it won't look for swarm.x.
