Sorry for the quick turn-around. Here's another update with bit defs for usb 
added. The only thing I couldn't find in the datasheets was the info for the 
USB_HW interrupt so those are left blank and marked TODO.

Keith, can you verify the usb defs and possibly fill in the USB_HW defs? 
Note that I added a new USB_HW irq vector to the table. I'd rather do that 
then overload the ANA_COMP vector entry. Also, there didn't seem to be a 
datasheet on Atmel's site for the 324, so those defs are guesses. ;-)

I'm thinking that this good enough for committing, but I'll sit on it for a 
few days just the same.

Now to tend to Keith's other patches...
