You should ask to the maintainer of the project

However, it is unclear to me if there was an approval from GNU, namely
address@hidden, for you to maintain the GNU version of unrtf.

By ssh2, do you mean a proprietary ssh client named ssh2? In this
case, we are sorry but noone of us are using such software, so the
only advice we can give you is to give a try to a free software
alternative.
