Maybe we could start uploading things to CVS as we reorganize them.
For example:
1) Create one general module on CVS called `gnuorg'
2) Create and check-in the following directories (and their files)
sysadmin, gvc
3) Move related files that are under `gnuorg' to their respective
directory and check them into CVS.
Example:
mv /gd/gnuorg/volunteers /gd/gnuorg/gvc/volunteers
cvs add /gd/gnuorg/gvc/volunteers
4) Choose another directory and go to 2)
That way we can start using CVS and do the re-organization at the same
time.
