[Savannah-hackers] rattaching mailing list to savannah

As I've posted before, I try to rattach existing lists to savannah.
Currently, I look for a way to see from savannah if a mailing list 
handled by Mailman exist and if the admin password (entered via a form) is 
correct.

I've looked at existing Mailman scripts and cgi and found no way to do 
that properly. So I will write a CGI that will return something easy to
parse.

I've found out which functions I need in Mailman API. I will make a
script soon (just need to learn Python :( ).
