Hi, Marcus

Mathieu will not now do the renumbering (moving of items to IDs above 100) for 
the GNU database. He will do this at a later point on the migrated data base. 
So, I guess you too could choose this approach.

I'm just extendending the renumber script to also cover the patch tracker and 
it works fine for our CERN case.
