But I wonder what:

Someone should check on the mozilla bug tracker if there's something
related to this. And if not, submit a bug.

Do you have this problem with any pull-down menu or only on the bug
tracker? If it's only on the bug tracker, we should take a look at the
HTML of thoses pages.
