[RP] Compile problems on SunOS: WAIT_ANY not defined

Hi there,

I had a problem compiling ratpoison on SunOS 5.8 sun4u sparc
SUNW,Ultra-5_10. main.c nees WAIT_ANY, but this isn't defined
here.

Some autconf magic should add

#define WAIT_ANY ((pid_t)0)

if that is not defined... I'd like to supply a patch, but my
knowledge with autoconf is quite limited.
