The code will be merged as soon as possible - in the meantime you can grab a
copy at 
http://www.byggeplass.bergen.no/download/phpgroupware.0.9.17.514_snap.tar.gz

The new template is here named as 'newdesign' -and will be renamed to 'portico'

It is possible that you have to do a 'register all hooks' to activate the new
menu-system.
