[Phpgroupware-developers] charset ignored in modules?

Ahah, after modifying the phpgw_NN.lang file one needs to visit 
/setup/lang.php and reread the lang files into the database!

How can I add a readme file to the phpgwapi/setup directory stating that 
modifications need to be reread into the database? Would have saved _me_ a 
bunch of time....
