In my log there's not those. But I had interesting experience. I was
going to test different applications to test stereo swapping. But
when I start playing Ogg Vorbis and mp3's with xmms there wasn't
stereo swapping nor clicking. But after 10 minutes music suddenly
stopped but xmms didn't crash. And I found this in my .xsession-errors:

ALSA lib pcm_hw.c:524:(snd_pcm_hw_drain) SNDRV_PCM_IOCTL_DRAIN failed:
Input/output error
alsa-uninit: pcm drain error: Input/output error

and in syslog:

Vortex: vortex_fifo_setadbctrl fail

After that i had to reload driver to get it work again but then I had
stereo swapping/clicks again :(
