I'm sorry but I cannot understand understand this. There have been several
posts in this list were posters refer to having succeed in building a
Windows version. It's not always clear if they did it with Tatsuro's
scripts/dependencies or or not but the fact is that they succeed.
So if developers are not going to produce the official Windows binaries:
WHO WILL?
