Follow-up Comment #83, bug #53006 (project octave):

@Dan, Torsten, Mike: The patch I provided should be enough to avoid permission
issues: both the copy of the collection file and the temporary directory
mentioned by Dan are now living in the TMPDIR. I took care of removing the
copied collection file, but the temporary directory remains.
On my system, if the copy of the collection is called "/tmp/oct-qhelp-345689",
the temporary directory is then automatically named "/tmp/.oct-qhelp-345689/".
So, on linux, I could guess the name of the directory and delete it at the
same time as the collection, but I don't know if this "." addition is cross
platform.
