Follow-up Comment #5, bug #53275 (project octave): We'll experiment with the multiple header issue. These sorts of changes are only a few lines of code, so it's not much effort. I did a small search the other day, and there are people who wondered about KDE's maximize/minimize/close buttons http://linuxbsdos.com/2012/07/04/how-to-custmize-kdes-window-titlebar-buttons/ It looks like it may be a configurable option. My hope is that Qt has this all figured out for KDE and that the existence of the title and titlebar buttons is simply a matter of the default settings being off depending on how the system GUI is configured but still manageable via Qt.
