Follow-up Comment #4, bug #53275 (project octave):

Dan, as mentioned in the other bug report, some window managers like KDE with
Oxygen style do not put a normal window decoration (including title bar)
around floating dock widgets (even though they are reparented). That's why I
think that is not possible to drop the inner header line. Otherwise, there
would be no control at all.
