boost.socket doesn't compile with boost 1.31.0. I've tried
the latest version from boost-sandbox as well, but it has
hardly changed and doesn't work either:

    boost/socket/address_info.hpp:65: syntax error before `&' token
    boost/socket/address_info.hpp:65: `IteratorAdaptor' was not declared in this
