As Vladimir said, you can compile it in sarge when you modify the
sources. The error is: "xml_flist.c:43: error: `XML_SAVE_FORMAT"

Replace "XML_SAVE_FORMAT" in src/xml_flist.c with "1". (without quotes)


I found someone who could send me my files.xml.bz2. The utf-problem
seems to be relevant only for file names, yes?

My "����" was correctly mentioned in the xml file.

The system is running with utf, so the filename on the disk was also
already utf8 encoded.
