MirBSD :) Though some of the post-XF4.6 changes in xterm collided
with our own suid->sgid diffs and broke things, so I reverted to
the XF4.5 xterm (didn't even merge XF4.6 yet, it's on TODO tho).
But I updated (finally *sigh*) to libncursesw 5.5 (5.6 will follow)
and always tracked lynx-current relatively closely.
