That means the initial install did not complete correctly.  Can you do this (from your ltib project):

rm .host_wait_warning*    
./ltib


 The ./ltib command fails almost immediatly.  Below is the output.  I have added host_config.log as an attachment to this mail.

This only needs to be done once per host, but may take up to
an hour to complete ...

If an error occurs, a log file with the full output may be found in:
/home/johan/ltib/host_config.log

If you would like to see the log messages as the host packages are built and
installed:

   * Open another terminal in the same directory
   * Run the command: tail -f host_config.log
   * When you're done with the tail, use CTRL+C to exit

Can't exec "mconf": No such file or directory at /home/johan/ltib/bin/Ltibutils.pm line 1010.
