I am using UBUNTU. I am not using debian. Even though i used this

There's no issue with zlib, if you look the complaint is now about:
rpm, rpm-build, m4 and bison. If you install the missing packages
you should be okay. The exact names depend on your distro, it looks
like you're debian based so you need to: sudo apt-get install rpm m4
