I think you, Valeriy, need to take a chill pill. Victor makes some valid points
and you running around yelling about "lout is a document formatter period" does
nothing to change that. It's too difficult to make simple changes to existing
formats--redoing the entire preamble should not be the answer, and having to be
an expert to change the location of the ToC is wrong too. Lout is only going to
appeal to people with a programming streak (and with spare time to kill) until
simple changes are easier to make.
