MS-DOS line drawing font in Lout? |

I am attempting to convert a manual for a DOS program
into Lout 3.08 running under Linux. The manual had been
done previously in WordPerfect 5.1 for DOS. The text is
coming over ok but I need to embed screen images of the DOS
program. This is a text mode program for which I need to
display the box drawing characters such as lines, double
lines, and the associated corners. I have captured these
screens into a file.
Is there a font for Lout that matches the DOS extended
character set (or whatever it is called)? For example, the
decimal code 201 represents the upper left corner for a
double line box. (I could easily translate the particular
codes to any other values if that would help.)
In the 3.08 user's manual there was a mention of some
non-Latin1 fonts available at
ftp://ftp.cs.su.oz.au/jeff
but I haven't been able to connect to that site to look
(and I'm not sure what I would look _for_). However, I
did try the mirrors listed on the Lout home page
at
http://www.ptc.spbu.ru/~uwe/lout/
and didn't see anything that looked related.
Any ideas on how I might print out these DOS
screen images with Lout?
