He uses SJLJ exceptions. The DW2 foreign-frames problem:
  http://gcc.gnu.org/wiki/WindowsGCCImprovementsGSoC2008
doesn't appear to have been solved yet AFAIK. But that's no reason
not to try the tdragon builds: after all, the stable version of
MinGW gcc uses SJLJ.
