Also, I recently downloaded the LilyPond source via git. There appears
to be relevant info here:
$YOURSOURCEDIR/Documentation/lilypond-texi2html.init
$YOURSOURCEDIR/Documentation/web/
And, maybe wait for further suggestions from someone with actual
experience in this area.
