[igraph] pip install python-igraph error?

Hi All,

Tried doing a new python-igraph install on a new computer with clean anaconda 2.7.3 install. Got:

    Extracting igraph-0.7.1.tar.gz...

    Configuring igraph...

    Could not download and compile the C core of igraph.
