RE: No reliable outputs in 2.1.15 ?

Actually it does repeat messages once per day even if the output is the
same. That is to avoid spamming admins with persistent problems. Reports
go into outputs though. 

Don't know why this is not aparently docuemnted. I have not understood
David's problem with outputs. Works fine for me.
