Hmm... What is a "system environment"?
An environment is a mapping from names to locations. But here, we
want a hash table containing all symbols in Guile, right? It
shouldn't map these symbols to locations. (Or am I missing
something?)
So, I propose that we switch to a better name.
Also, we could actually consider using a more efficient
representation, for example a weak vector...
