That seems a little too drastic. Often it will be necessary to secure
the connection to a part of the dragon that threatens to get cut off.
We need to be more intelligent about escape moves anyway. It's not
different to useless kikashi stones that lie close to the dragon but
are not part of it from the very beginning.
