I'm talking about all of the crap that makes the data we all care about
look "ooohhh ahhhhh" to the pointy hairs. :)

Basically, I'm looking for the following: An appealing html layout that I
can easily break up into parts and imbue with all sorts of scripting
goodies. XHTML this and CSS that and so forth and so on. 

I'd whip something up, but I've got about as much artistic talent as a
rock. A wet rock. A wet moldy rock. In fact, I could say that I'm so
lacking in artistic genes that my stick figures come out bent.
