No, I meant 'move'. Have you tried it?

Here's a sample session in a tla source tree:
$ tla move COPYING COPYING2
unable to rename ".arch-ids/COPYING.id" to ".arch-ids/COPYING2.id" (No
such file or directory)
PANIC: I/O error
I don't see what else it should do. It moves explicit ids. There isn't one.

On the other hand, I don't think there should be such a command in the first place. What's it good for, given tla mv?
