That wouldn't make any sense.
I'm not sure why someone would ever try to use `tla move' on a tagline'd
file, but I suppose a consistent behavior would be to simply do nothing
(but no error message) if the new file exists with a tagline.
However I think even better would be to simply remove the `tla move'
alias, as (1) `tla move-id' makes it a bit more clear what's happening
(and so people would be a bit less likely to use it improperly)
(2) most people are probably going to use `tla mv' anyway, and
eliminating `tla move' gets rid of one source of confusion.
Similarly for `tla delete', BTW.
Is anyone reading this still using the old forms of these commands
(without the -id suffix) in scripts or something?
