[Gnewsense-dev] HowToHelp(etc)

Hi all,
I was thinking about how HTH and related pages, and wondering if we
should move them all to bugs in the BTS. we could use HTH to link to
the bug, which would contain the current state of the project, and
leave a short description on HTH. 
Since all the HTH items are effectively todo items, and we put lots of
todo-esque items in the bts this seems like a logical thing to me.

Any other thoughts?
