[Gnewsense-dev] cleanup of gnewsense savannah team members

hi all,
The savannah team has collected a number of people who don't /actually/
do anything. This could become especially problematic if the mipsel
port gets the injection of energy that looks like it could do.

Finding the people i want in the list of people who dont need access is
getting annoying, so I'll be removing a number of people who haven't
displayed a need to be part of the group. If you dont submit code or 
change bug severity's, you don't need membership.

I'm happy to re-include people who have a need to be part of the team
at any point.

I'll remind people here that the group is a _development team_, not a
club.
