[Gnash-dev] New Gnash release anytime soon?

Gnash is now listed on the *home page* of the FSF at http://www.fsf.org .

Given the priority and publicity that FSF is handing us, it would be
nice if we cut a release that's better than the sole 0.7.1 release
that's out there.  A new release would also help the big Linux distros
ship a more solid, better featured Gnash.

What (besides lots of testing, and some documentation updates) would
have to be done to solidify the current Gnash tree into a release
candidate?
